Roverfest 2025
High Street
Weston Underwood
Olney
MK46 5JS

After the great success of Roverfest in 2017 and 2022, the JRC (Joint Rover Clubs) are returning to Church Farm in the beautiful North Buckinghamshire village of Weston Underwood, for Roverfest 2025. The weekend will include themed road runs on Saturday with an informal dinner on site on Saturday evening. Sunday will be the main show day with trade stalls, autojumble and food concessions. There will also be an Arts & Crafts Exhibition with home made teas in the church directly opposite the show site for those of you looking for some variation from the cars. Camping will be available on site over the weekend.

Roverfest 2025 will also be the Guild's National Rally for this year and members' cars will be judged on the Sunday with the awards being given out during the afternoon.

The event is open to all Rover or Land Rover vehicles (including Rover bicycles & motor cycles) from 1884 – 2005. The MG Car Club will be joining us and other classic cars are welcome to attend. Entry for the weekend or the day is £12 per car paid in advance, £15 per car on the day.

For more information and booking details please go to the Roverfest website by clicking HERE.

You can attend for the whole weekend or a specific day. You will also find information on the Saturday evening dinner and accommodation on the website. If you are looking for accommodation for the weekend, we recommend you book early!

24th August

Quainton Rally
Quainton Railway Centre
Station Road
Quainton
Aylesbury
Bucks
HP22 4BY

We are in the process of planning this long-established very popular event, held every year virtually since the Guild was formed in 1977.

The Railway Centre can be found six miles north of Aylesbury, just north of the A41 and signed just west of Waddesdon, or can be accessed through Quainton village. NB - the HS2 works may still be causing disruption and re-routing so please follow any temporary signage. If there is any further useful information I shall post on the Guild website or Facebook page nearer the date.

Start time is 10:30am. All Rover models are welcome and we also embrace non-Rovers. There is a lot to see and experience, with steam train rides both full size and miniature. The re-erected station beside the car park has static locos and rolling stock at the platforms, including Winston Churchill's World War 2 travelling office suite and one of Queen Victoria's dining cars. There is an excellent cafe and outside picnic area. Across the tracks via the footbridge there is an extensive museum where all aspects of railway life across the decades can be seen.

At time of writing, no prior booking is necessary although this may change in line with site requirements. We are still negotiating with the Railway Centre and will confirm arrangements and entry fees for 2025 in time for the March Overdrive Magazine. Please note that any Covid -19 or other restrictions that may be imposed must be observed and safety notices obeyed.

For further details, please contact the Guild's Bedfordshire representative Peter Irving (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 07799 206 743).

13th - 14th September

Lakes Rally

The Lakes Rally for 2025 has confirmed venues and timings. The format will be as per previous years, with very little changes for this year.

Saturday the 13th of September 2025

10.00 Meet in the carpark of The Haverthwaite Railway Centre. Options are to travel on the train to Lakeside, then on the ferry round the Lake. Whilst some people like to stop on the car park and talk about Rovers etc. There will be an added option for a Road run around the local area ( details to be confirmed)
13.00 Leave Railway carpark and drive to Lakeland Motor Museum in Convoy. This Museum has a good carpark, great exhibits, and a good café.

Sunday the 14th of September

10.00 A Static Rally of Rovers at Levens Hall ( venue may change). Cars on display will be mainly Rovers, but others do turn up. Whilst at the Venue exhibitors will have the opportunity to visit the Hall, Gardens, and sample food in the very good restaurant. Please note Dogs are not allowed in the gardens and the Hall, which I believe includes the car show area.
17.00 Rally end and look forward to next year.
